Bill Patrick
I am a native Kentuckian. I attended Morehead State University from 1958-59 and 1974-75. I was a self-employed business entrepreneur from 1962-1974. I have served on various boards throughout the years. I served as Executive Director of Housing Authority from 1974-2006, retiring from 32 years of dedicated service. I also served as the Chairman of the Utility Plant Board and of the West Morehead Redevelopment. Currently, I am a full-time farmer and I own real estate property. I have three children Mark, Jeff, and Leslie that reside in Rowan County.
